Services I Offer: Child Adolescent and Family Therapy as well as Psychological and Educational Testing

I offer teletherapy and (when the world allows) in-person therapy to people across the lifespan. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and parenting concerns. I am experienced in seeing couples and families as well as individuals. I most often use acceptance and commitment therapy, a cognitive behavioral treatment, that addresses contextual factors such as culture, gender, race, disability status, and age through its underlying theory. ACT has been used for a number of disorders with good support. I have expertise in using it for trauma and ADHD as well as general distress like depression and anxiety . 

I also offer individual assessments for internalizing disorders like anxiety and depression and externalizing disorders, including ADHD and conduct disorder. I have extensive training in the assessment of learning disorders and autism spectrum disorder.
